Time Management

What does Time management mean?

Time management means to manage. Like to divide your time. It is also a process of planning and exercising of conscious control. It is the basic element to live a successful life. It is an example of every effective person. It includes the setting of priorities, creating an environment to effectiveness etc.

How to work with time management.

To work with time management, you have to make a timetable, shift your paradigm (means the way of thinking) and first thing first.

The time management way:


Quadrant 1
Urgent and Important
Example= Date sheet of exams, Crises etc.
Quadrant 2
Not Urgent but Important
Example= studies, Health etc.
Quadrant 3
Urgent but not Important.
Example= Emergency, Posting pictures on Facebook, Instagram etc.
Quadrant 4
Not Urgent and Not Important.
Example= Play, time-wasting things etc.
