Recipe of omelet






Recipe of Cheese Omelet

Ingredients

2 eggs
Green Onion a ½ cup
Coriander fresh leaves 1 tablespoon
Salt about taste or(pinch)
Black pepper to taste
Green Chili 1 small without seeds
Cheese 2 slices
Desi ghee 1 ½ tablespoon
Milk 1 tablespoon

Recipe


Beat 2 eggs with milk. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt, black pepper, and green chili. Beat them. Take a pan to add desi ghee heat it for a while. Pour beaten eggs slowly and spread it in a pan. Low the heat. Now let cook it. When it became golden change the side of omelet. Same cook for a while and adds cheese slices on omelet fold in half and cover the pan with a lid until cheese will melt. Serve it with hot Toste or parathas.
