Importance of food:

Food is an essential part of everyone’s lives. It gives us the energy and nutrients to grow and develop, be healthy and active, to move, work, play, think and learn. If we don’t eat food how can we become successful? The body needs a variety of nutrients.

Healthy food:

Healthy food is important for us. It makes us fit. Healthy food includes Chicken, rice, Eggs etc. Best healthy foods are fruits and vegetables. Mostly home food is healthier because it does not have any junk food and it has more proteins. Healthier food has fewer calories like the home and which have 300 calories etc.

Healthy diet:

To keep healthy, we must have to adopt a healthy diet. A healthy diet means a good diet. A healthy diet includes we must have to eat fruits and vegetables, no junk food, don’t eat oily things etc. We can only work on it when we build up a health chart. To keep healthy we have to do exercise because it is very important to be fit.

Unhealthy diet:

If we adopt an unhealthy diet like lays, cakes etc. we become ill. An unhealthy diet is very dangerous it is causing typhoid, cancer etc. which are very harmful to us. If we want to eat ice cream because it is sweet we can eat fruits etc. So Healthy diet is very important to us.
