Recipe of Chicken Corn soup
Ingredients
Chicken ½ kg
Salt to taste
Black paper to taste
Sweet corn (boiled) 1 cup
Vinegar (white and black)
Soya sauce 6 tablespoon
Chilly sauce 4 tablespoon
Egg whites 2
Water 8 to 10 glasses
Corn flour 8 tablespoon
Recipe
Take a pot add chicken and water into it. Cook mixture for making stock. Stain stock and take out chicken shred it. Take another pot and chicken stock into it. Add salt, black paper and cook for a few minutes. After 5 minutes add 1 cup boiled and crushed sweet corns and shred chicken and cook for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes pour corn flour paste slowly and cook it till you get a light shape of soup. Stop the heat and add beaten egg whites slowly. Then stir spoon quickly. Finally, serve it with sauce and fish crackers.
