Recipe of Kheer
Ingredients:
Milk 3 liter
Rice ½ small cup
Elaichi 3 counts
Sugar 1 ½ cup
Recipe:
Soak rice overnight and elaichi. Add milk in a pot and boil it in the morning. Grind rice in milk. Pour slowly in milk and stir it till half cook. Add sugar and continue stirring. When it becomes thick it will be done. Take out in a dish. Decorate with almonds. Refrigerate it for 1 hour. Then serve it.
