Long time ago a girl named Maryam was born on 18 May 1992. She always look at the sky and see the birds. She wants to be a fighter pilot but she never says that to her parents. She got position in every class. Her parents, want that she will be an engineer. Then she got admission in engineering college. Then she told her father that she want to be a fighter pilot. Her father said, “You lost your one year if you doesn’t have admission”.  Then her father gave her permission. Then she passed the admission test and then interview. After that, she got admission in Pakistan Air force academy. Then she got tough training in rain, summer, winter etc. She call her mother and said “I maked a wrong decision I can’t do this”. Her mother says, “you can’t give up now you are the daughter of this soil”. After that training, she went to her new life. When she got a holiday, she went to her house in Karachi to greet everyone in her house. Then her friend call her and say, “a pilot is Shaheed”. Then her mother said her that “Maryam I am scared that if you will become a Shaheed than what I can do”. Maryam said “mother you say me that I am the daughter of this soil”. Then once she was flying, an aircraft named FT-7PG, with squadron leader Saqib Abbasi. Suddenly Maryam did not control the aircraft, and the aircraft was destroy in the Mianwali. She died on 24 November 2015. She was a first woman Shaheed in air force. She get an award of Tamgha- e- Basalat by the government of Pakistan.
