Recipe of Halwa
Ingredients
Semolina
(1 cup)
Sugar
3/4 cup
Ghee
¼ cup
Elaichi

Water
3 cup
Recipe
Take
a sauce pan add water and sugar in it. Let cook it. Now take another pan add
ghee and Elaichi in it. Then add semolina cook it till become golden brown on
low flame. After that add mixture of water and sugar slowly. Cover the pan with
lid. After 5 minutes add crushed almonds. Wait for next 10 minutes keep the
flame slow. Enjoy it in cold weather.
