Recipe of Potato Paratha
Ingredients:
Potato 4
Red chilly 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Chat masala ½ teaspoon
Zeera ½ teaspoon
Coriander powder ½ teaspoon
Garam Masala ¼ teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 teaspoons
Coriander leaves 3 tablespoons
Plain flour 1 medium bowl
Recipe:
Kneed plain flour very nicely. Peel of potatoes and mash them with a masher. Add all ingredients in it and mix well. Take two small balls of flour. Make a roti of it and add the mixture between them. Heat the roti maker(tawa) and put paratha on it. When one side half cooked and ghee and change the side after a while. When it cooked nicely, remove it and serve it with cold yogurt enjoy them.
